JOE POM (Joseph Pomarico) is a Grammy-winning engineer, producer, and artist, known as the entertainment industry’s “Swiss Army Knife” for his ability to work across multiple roles in music. Whether behind the console in the studio, developing talent, or ensuring the success of artists at every level, JOE POM has been a key force behind many of your favorite musicians—both locally and on a major scale.

His musical journey started with a deep love for 60s classics, which led him to pick up multiple instruments at a young age. As he became more immersed in music, he taught himself how to record and produce demos—first to refine his own sound, then to help others bring their songs to life. What started as a personal passion for home recording quickly grew into something larger, and in 2017, he officially turned that operation into Telegraph Hill Records, an independent label based in Asbury Park, NJ, and NYC. The label’s mission is to support and elevate emerging artists, expanding on the legendary Sound of Asbury Park while providing professional production services tailored to each artist’s vision.

Beyond his label, JOE POM is the in-house Senior Engineer, Producer, & Studio Manager at Atlantic Records Atlantic Studios NYC, where he has worked with different artists from all the labels at Warner Music Group, across a diverse range of genres, refining his skills and learning firsthand what it takes to run a successful record label. His dedication to excellence earned him a Grammy Certificate for Best Rap Album in 2019 and, in 2023, a place in the Recording Academy’s New York Chapter Class of 2023.

His expertise spans from production and engineering to artist development and label operations, making him an integral part of countless creative successes.

 

While JOE POM has spent years helping others craft their sound, 2025 marks the beginning of his solo career with the release of his debut single, FREE FALL. The song captures the emotional depth of his experiences, blending his diverse influences into a sound that is uniquely his own.
