WHO IS JOE POM

Joe "Pom" Pomarico is an Asbury Park music producer, audio engineer, and label executive based in the New Jersey and New York City area. With nearly a decade of major-label experience, he served as Senior Engineer and Studio Manager for Atlantic Records' flagship NYC facility. Joe’s engineering portfolio features a diverse range of multi-platinum and Grammy-nominated projects, including Cardi B’s chart-topping "I Like It," the original Broadway cast recording of Just In Time, and other iconic cast albums like Mean Girls, Pretty Woman, and Lin-Manuel Miranda's latest production, Warriors. His major-label engineering credits also include work with Roberta Flack, Bryan Adams, Jason Mraz, Joe P, Matt Maeson, Brynn Cartelli, HONNE, GAYLE, Butch Walker and Rob Thomas.

Beyond his major-label work, Joe is the founder and lead producer of Telegraph Hill Music Group. Dedicated to developing the next generation of Jersey Shore talent, he recently spearheaded the engineering and distribution of Rockit Academy Presents: Groovin'. The project featured a mentorship collaboration with Eddie Brigati of The Rascals recorded at Atlantic Studios NYC. This close work with Brigati (one of Joe’s personal mentors) led Joe to facilitate the 2025 RIAA gold and platinum re-certification of The Rascals' historic catalog. Joe also continues to executive produce the decade-running What A Wonderful Year festival, a cornerstone event for celebrating the local music community.

Joe’s technical and operational expertise is backed by an MBA in Music Management from William Paterson University and a BA in Music Industry from Ramapo College. A voting member of the Recording Academy's New York Chapter and a BMI Song Writer & Publisher, Joe fluidly navigates both the creative and technical sides of record-making, bringing major-label polish and infrastructure to the independent artists he champions.
