Joseph V. Pomarico "Joe Pom" is a New Jersey-based Music Lover, with experience working alongside an extensive range of musical talent, spanning many different ages and genres. Joe Pom has a vast amount of experience in the entertainment industry, complemented by a uniquely fast and intuitive indie-production style.

Born and raised by the Jersey Shore, Joe Pom has learned the ropes by continued education and working as the Entertainment Industry’s “Swiss Army Knife” in a variety of roles and positions. While obtaining a Masters Degree in Business Administration Music Management from William Paterson University to go with a Bachelor’s Degree of the Arts in Music Industry and Production from Ramapo College of New Jersey, Joe Pom held many different positions in the industry like assistant, guitar tech, manager, engineer, and producer to gain a vast understanding of the music and entertainment industry.

In January 2017, Joe Pom began his career as an in-house engineer and producer in NYC for Atlantic Records, which was named “#1 Top Label” by Billboard Magazine for that same year. Joe Pom has gotten to be a part of many priority projects for the label with all of its artists from every caliber, genre, and variety; assisting and engineering at the recording studio located in the NYC headquarters for Atlantic Records. Joe Pom won a Grammy Certificate from The Recording Academy for his contributions as an engineer on “Best Rap Album” in 2019 and has a wide range of credits and industry experience working with a vast amount of artists and projects including The Rascals, Nile Rodgers, Rob Thomas, Jason Mraz, Cardi B, HONNE, Grouplove, Misterwives, ARIZONA, Why Don’t We, Ben Platt, Bryan Adams, Pretty Woman: The Musical, Mean Girls [Original Broadway Cast Recording], Jagged Little Pill, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Christopher Jackson, Barack Obama, BeBe Winans, Alex Lacamoire, Roberta Flack, Kelly Clarkson, Charlie Puth, Briston Maroney, Alec Benjamin, Matt Maeson, Wiz Khalifa, Saint Motel, Hunter Hayes, Vance Joy, Adia Victoria, Illiterate Light, Sebastian Mikael, GALXARA, Grandson, SWMRS, Charlotte Cardin, Jealous of the Birds, Nikki Vianna, Brynn Elliott, and more.

After recording local musicians at his home studio named after the street he grew up off of, Joe Pom decided to launch it as a record label for music coming out from the Jersey Shore near his roots. Telegraph Hill Records is now an independent record label based out of Asbury Park, NJ and New York City, NY. Telegraph Hill Records’ mission is to represent and promote the recorded musical interests of unique artists performing regularly around the Jersey Shore, expanding on the legendary Sound of Asbury Park, widening its potential audience through one collective identity. THR aims to provide our artists with both focused and individualized professional audio engineering and production services to manifest the artistic vision of our artists and community. Through his work under the label, Joe Pom has had the pleasure of producing in the studio and developing recordings with artists such as Bobby Mahoney and the Seventh Son, Des & the Swagmatics, Lowlight, Malibu, The Foes of Fern, Jarod Clemons and the Late Nights, Natalie Farrell, Alexander Simone and WHODAT, Patty C, Taylor Tote, Remember Jones, The Hell Yeah Babies, Avery Mandeville, Levy and the Oaks, The Burns, Airacuda and more.
